A masterpiece of contemporary design, this brand-new Agushi home is set in one of Toorak’s most prestigious enclaves.  This home of rare architectural significance features a striking concrete façade, featuring an extensive use of timber and stone.  Dunraven limestone, a premium grey paver with a beautiful, mottled finish and sublime texture, was chosen as paving for the bold, tactile exterior balanced by soft landscaping and refined detailing throughout, showcasing a feature pool and sunken lounge
